About the Role
You will plan annual inspections, estimate work effort, and coordinate schedules with customers. You will perform onsite hardware and software maintenance, resolve system faults, provide remote and onsite technical support, and analyze maintenance data to propose preventive improvements.
Requirements
- Maintenance or servicing experience with industrial equipment, robots, FA equipment, or automation systems
- Customer-facing experience in technical support, implementation support, or after-sales service
- Problem-solving and logical-thinking skills
- Business-level Japanese
Responsibilities
- Plan robot-system inspections and estimate required work effort
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with customers
- Perform onsite hardware and software inspections and maintenance
- Troubleshoot system faults, investigate causes, and propose solutions
- Respond to customer technical inquiries through remote and onsite support
- Analyze maintenance and inspection data and propose improvements
