About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure; perform general maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and inventory control; support immersion and air-cooled ASIC mining systems; conduct preventative maintenance; document activities; and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in facility maintenance, general labor, or mechanical systems strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic building maintenance and facility upkeep.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn immersion cooling and air-handling systems.
  • Ability to assist with pumps, filters, and electronic components in a non-licensed capacity.
  • Experience with hand and power tools, ladders, lifts, and safety gear.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel; SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong independent, teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, climb, reach, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform upkeep and minor repairs on building structures and facility systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, supply areas, and tools.
  • Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely response or escalation.
  • Replace air filters and monitor airflow systems.
  • Maintain immersion cooling infrastructure, including pumps, fittings, and coolant levels.
  • Assist with replacement of contactors, relays, and I/O boards.
  • Monitor ASIC system warnings and escalate complex issues.
  • Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Track maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
  • Manage tools, PPE, consumables, and equipment storage.
  • Log daily activities and facility observations using shared tracking tools.
  • Communicate work plans and concerns with Facility Leads and Managers.
  • Follow site safety protocols and OSHA regulations and use required PPE.
