About the Role
You will fabricate complex parts and assemblies for manufacturing tooling and production needs. You will support engineers and technicians, improve designs and shop efficiency, train equipment users, maintain machines and inventory, uphold shop safety, and document workflow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related industry experience
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Proficiency with manual mills and manual lathes
- Ability to solve unfamiliar problems
- Ability to understand engineering documentation
- Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Safety awareness
Responsibilities
- Fabricate complex parts and assemblies
- Provide design feedback and efficiency improvements
- Assist engineers and technicians with projects
