About the Role
You will complete a one-week crash course on options trading, learning risk management, game theory, and optimal decision-making from trader trainers. You will apply your knowledge through trading games and simulations, shadow trading desks, and learn how a global liquidity provider and market maker operates.
Requirements
- Graduate between December 2027 and August 2028
- Pursue a BS, MS, PhD, or equivalent qualification in engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, actuarial science, or a related field
- Attend the program in person at the Chicago headquarters
- Demonstrate strong math, numerical, and quantitative skills
- Demonstrate interest in trading and the financial markets
- Have legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment, including F-1 students using OPT or STEM
