About the Role

You will own end-to-end production of expo hall activations and creative sponsor builds, from concept through vendor sourcing, budgeting, timeline management, and on-site execution. You will partner closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to translate sponsor goals into buildable scopes, budgets, and deliverables. You will serve as the production point-of-contact for internal activations such as the Art Gallery, Store, and Press Lounge, ensuring everything aligns with the event design and floor plan realities. You will co-manage print signage and collateral, optimizing placement for traffic flow, sponsor commitments, and venue constraints. You will contribute creative concepts and references for bespoke builds tailored to a Bitcoin-native audience, and you will maintain accurate, real-time budgets and timelines across multiple parallel projects, surfacing risks early and proposing tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 3+ years in event production, experiential marketing, brand activations, or large-scale event design
• Proven vendor management and on-site execution under tight timelines
• Strong creative taste paired with practical execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High organizational rigor
• Calm, proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments
