About the Role
Join FT Partners' Private Capital Markets team to analyze market data, support investor targeting and discovery, build internal infrastructure and datasets, develop marketing materials, and contribute to live capital raise and M&A processes alongside senior bankers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related capital markets role
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA from a top-tier institution preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with strong initiative
- High integrity and sound professional judgment
- Comfort engaging with investment professionals and navigating institutional investor relationships
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required; FT Partners does not sponsor work visas
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market data to enhance investor targeting and support new investor discovery
- Assist in developing marketing materials and investor communications
- Support the build-out of internal infrastructure and robust datasets for clients
- Contribute to live capital raise and M&A processes
- Develop and maintain tools that strengthen investor relationships and improve deal execution
