About the Role
You will serve as a trusted operational partner to the Principal across business and personal initiatives. You will own and manage highly complex calendars, shifting priorities, and communications across multiple entities, initiatives, and time zones. You will coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics alongside Travel & Events and Security teams, and handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion. You will design and maintain integrated workflows, scalable SOPs, trackers, and organizational systems, and actively leverage AI tools for research synthesis, workflow automation, meeting preparation, and knowledge management. You will capture high-fidelity notes during complex meetings, synthesize discussions into summaries and action items, track deliverables and follow-through, and coordinate with executives, operators, security personnel, and external stakeholders across a dynamic ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, principals, or leadership teams in fast-paced environments
- Must be willing to work on-site full-time in Longmont, Colorado
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 20-30%)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to create structure, process, and operational clarity
- Elite-level note-taking, information synthesis, documentation, and follow-through capabilities
- Highly technologically fluent with demonstrated utilization of AI tools beyond surface-level administrative tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
- Deep comfort operating with discretion, confidentiality, and mature judgment
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and operate with a high degree of ownership
- Experience within technology, blockchain, venture, startup, investment, family office, or operationally complex environments preferred
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly within fast-changing environments
Responsibilities

- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, scheduling, and contingency planning
- Handle highly sensitive information, communications, and operational matters with absolute discretion
- Design and maintain integrated workflows connecting the Principal's personal logistics, investment activities, and public engagements
- Build and maintain scalable SOPs, trackers, workflows, project plans, and organizational systems
- Utilize AI tools for research synthesis, workflow automation, meeting preparation, knowledge management, and scheduling optimization
- Organize and maintain structured, searchable, and secure documentation across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, and Confluence
- Capture high-fidelity notes and synthesize discussions into summaries, action items, decision logs, and next-step trackers
- Maintain organized records of key decisions, strategic discussions, and ongoing initiatives
- Track deliverables, owners, priorities, deadlines, and follow-through across concurrent initiatives
- Partner with executives, operators, security personnel, portfolio leaders, and external stakeholders
- Support speaking engagements, external meetings, special projects, and evolving priorities
