About the Role
You will enhance the productivity and operational efficiency of Product and Engineering leaders and their teams through exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, strategic priority management, precision, and discretion.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of administrative or project support experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or high-growth environment.
- Experience directly supporting Directors, Senior Managers, or similar high-level team leads.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong ownership.
- Motivated, resourceful self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Proactive and flexible in anticipating the needs of others.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and provide reliable support across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to 3-4 Product and Engineering leaders and teams.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders.
- Partner with leaders and teams internally and externally with composure and discretion.
- Coordinate internal meetings, track agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Execute cross-functional projects, draft team-wide communications, and manage logistics for All Hands and internal events.
- Manage complex travel arrangements and coordination.
- Own planning, vendor management, and execution of onsites and team events.
- Provide budget oversight and manage expenses across teams.
