About the Role

You will own event execution from kickoff through wrap-up, manage organizers, sponsors, venues, contracts, vendors, logistics, registrations, travel, speakers, and on-site operations. You will build lead-capture systems, deliver clean lead lists to the funnels team, manage event materials and inventory, track budgets, and run post-event recaps.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years in events or event marketing
  • Experience with trade shows and executive events
  • Experience building event lead-capture systems
  • Experience with Salesforce lead handoffs
  • B2B technology or startup event experience
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Own event execution from kickoff through wrap-up
  • Manage communication with event organizers and sponsors
  • Book venues for hosted events
  • Route contracts through legal
  • Manage vendors, payments, and insurance
  • Run booth logistics, shipping, setup, and teardown
  • Prepare speakers and executives
  • Manage registrations, tickets, and team travel
  • Attend events and run on-site operations
  • Set up lead capture and deliver lead lists to the funnels team
  • Manage swag, collateral, and demo hardware inventory
  • Track budgets and run post-event recaps
