About the Role
You will design and run a repeatable system for community events across Europe, own large-scale brand events and KOL retreats, document playbooks, manage budgets and logistics, align stakeholders, track growth metrics, and scale the events and social media playbook across European countries.

- Track record running events at scale
- Strong operational discipline
- Fast and calm problem-solving under pressure
- Team leadership experience, including hiring and managing distributed teams
- Stakeholder management experience
- English proficiency
