About the Role
You will develop and execute the UK and Ireland marketing strategy for electrophysiology technologies. You will identify market opportunities, manage portfolio lifecycle activities, support product commercialization, build healthcare stakeholder relationships, lead marketing talent, and collaborate with sales, medical, market access, finance, and global partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Significant experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry
- Experience developing and executing commercial and marketing strategies
- Leadership experience in high-performance environments
- Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in a complex matrix organization
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland
