About the Role

You will scale technical solutions for enterprise customers by partnering with Account Executives, supporting customer technical contacts, and architecting integrations. You will create technical demonstrations and enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and help productize common integration patterns.

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical solutions.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
• Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Provide tailored technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers.
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value.
• Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customers.
• Identify and productize common integration patterns and features with product teams.
