About the Role

You will work with account executives, customers, and prospective customers to scale voice AI solutions for enterprise use. You will provide tailored technical support, architect integrations, deliver product demonstrations, create sales enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and help productize common integration patterns.

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical solutions.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
• Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
• Python proficiency.
• Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Communication skills adaptable to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process.
• Provide tailored technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers.
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value.
• Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
• Identify common integration patterns and features to productize with product teams.
