You will partner with Account Executives and customer technical contacts to design integrations and provide tailored technical support. You will create product demonstrations, sales enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation. You will identify repeatable integration patterns and work with product teams to turn them into scalable features.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Strong technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions
- Proficiency in Python
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to improve the technical sales process
