About the Role
The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives and work directly with customers and prospects to provide technical support, architect integrations, demonstrate product value, create enablement resources and documentation, and help productize common integration patterns for ElevenLabs' voice AI platform.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python
- Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
- Technical background in architecting integrations between solutions
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical sales process
- Provide tailored technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospects
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value
- Develop technical enablement resources for sales teams
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customers
- Identify common integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them
