About the Role
Help enterprise customers unlock the value of a voice AI platform by partnering with account executives, advising customer technical contacts, architecting integrations, providing tailored technical support, and creating demonstrations, enablement materials, self-service tools, and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Technical background in architecting integrations with existing solutions
- Proficiency in Python
- Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical sales process
- Provide bespoke support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value
- Develop technical enablement resources for sales teams
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customers
- Identify common integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them
