About the Role
You will partner with Account Executives and customer technical contacts to architect tailored integrations and demonstrate the platform's value. You will create enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation, while identifying repeatable integration patterns that can be productized.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers on technical problems
- Ability to iterate on solutions and provide tailored customer support
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions
- Python proficiency
- Software development knowledge
- Software architecture knowledge
- Knowledge of common integration patterns
- Communication skills for adapting messages to different audiences
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Understanding of regional and cultural nuances
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives on technical aspects of the sales process
- Support customer and prospective-customer technical contacts and architect solutions
- Create technical demonstrations
- Create technical enablement resources for sales teams
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customers
- Identify common integration patterns and opportunities for productization
