About the Role
Work with account executives, customers, and prospective customers to scale voice AI solutions for enterprise use through tailored technical support, integration architecture, product demonstrations, sales enablement, self-service tools, documentation, and productization of common integration patterns.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical solutions.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
- Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
- Python proficiency.
- Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process.
- Provide tailored technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
- Identify common integration patterns and features to productize with product teams.
