About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will work with Account Executives and customer technical contacts to improve the technical sales process, provide tailored support, architect integrations, create demonstrations and enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify integration patterns to productize with product teams.

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• Experience working directly with customers and providing tailored technical support.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
• Technical background in architecting integrations between solutions and existing customer systems.
• Python proficiency.
• Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Provide tailored technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers.
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value.
• Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
• Identify common integration patterns and features to productize with product teams.
