About the Role
You will help design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, with a focus on repeatable Infrastructure-as-Code delivery. You will automate operational tasks, administer endpoint-management systems, support identity, networking, and privileged-access services, and maintain technical documentation. You will also help identify AI-driven automation opportunities and ensure infrastructure changes follow change-control processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining production infrastructure
- Microsoft Azure infrastructure, networking, and identity-services experience
- Knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, app registrations, and identity governance
- Terraform experience
- Microsoft Power Platform and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Python and PowerShell scripting skills
- Microsoft Intune and Kandji experience
- Enterprise networking and firewall-administration experience
- Privileged Access Management experience
- Stakeholder-management skills
Responsibilities
- Support the build and maintenance of Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code
- Support identity and access management using Entra ID, RBAC, and Conditional Access
- Support enterprise networking, WAN connectivity, routing, and firewall administration
- Support Privileged Access Management using Delinea
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
- Administer Power Platform environments and access requests
- Write Python and PowerShell automation scripts and tooling
- Support AI-driven infrastructure operations and systems integrations
- Administer Microsoft Intune policies, compliance profiles, app deployment, and patch management
- Support Kandji administration for macOS device management
- Manage endpoint enrolment, patching, and compliance reporting
- Partner to harden Microsoft 365 and infrastructure against compliance frameworks
- Document, test, communicate, and maintain records for infrastructure changes
