Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience
- 3+ years of professional engineering management experience
- 1+ years of full-time experience in a blockchain-based project
- Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
- Based in US or EU time zones and eligible to work remotely from those regions
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a full-stack engineering team across web, mobile, backend, and data engineering
- Lead technical architecture and make diligent architectural decisions
- Build and maintain developer infrastructure and multi-chain SDKs
- Maintain cross-platform client tooling for React and React Native
- Collaborate with engineers and founders to define and execute the product roadmap
- Recruit, mentor, and raise the engineering bar with each hire
