About the Role

You will manage and develop cloud platform engineers while guiding technical decisions, infrastructure priorities, and delivery. You will establish reliability and operational standards, partner across product and engineering, handle major incident escalations, and translate user learnings into infrastructure improvements.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, coach, and develop cloud platform engineers
Set performance expectations and foster ownership and accountability
Drive technical decisions through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions
Translate the infrastructure roadmap into team priorities and milestones
Establish reliability, performance, and operational standards
Partner with product and engineering teams on infrastructure priorities
Lead major-incident resolution and incorporate learnings into improvements
