About the Role
You will design, implement, and enhance platform components that support banks, owning the vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and technical architecture for banking services. You will provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the engineering team, empowering them to solve complex end-to-end problems while maintaining engineering excellence. You will work with stakeholders to align strategy and execution and dig into data to deliver the right results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working as Software Engineer
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading a team
- Experience working in banks or a similar domain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of successfully delivering high-impact production services
- Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver results
- Experience managing high-functioning remote teams with autonomy
- Golang experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and technical architecture of banking services supporting ingestion and processing of bank data
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the team to move fast
- Empower the team to own and solve complex end-to-end problems while maintaining engineering excellence
- Align strategy and execution with stakeholders
