About the Role
You will lead, mentor, and develop a mobile infrastructure engineering team. You will set the technical direction for platform tooling, shared frameworks, performance systems, and developer-experience tooling. You will drive architecture decisions and engineering standards, champion AI-assisted engineering workflows, and partner with product, design, backend, and security stakeholders. You will own platform performance across memory, package size, startup time, and UI rendering, while resolving complex infrastructure challenges at scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of mobile engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of team lead or management experience focused on infrastructure, platform, or architecture.
- Experience leading and growing engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in iOS or Android development.
- Understanding of mobile platform performance, toolchains, architecture, and developer experience.
- Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows.
- Cross-functional communication skills.
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities

- Drive architecture decisions and engineering standards for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Partner with product engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions and improve engineering quality.
- Own platform performance engineering for memory, package size, startup time, and UI rendering.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and security stakeholders on platform goals.
- Serve as the technical expert for complex mobile infrastructure challenges.
