About the Role
You will define the developer experience vision, improve integration products, and establish standards for quality, scalability, and performance. You will advocate for developers, guide API and SDK improvements, grow engineering leaders, and represent the developer experience through conferences, articles, and other thought leadership.
Requirements
- Passion for developer experience integration simplicity and reliability
- Proven engineering leadership experience
- Experience with developer-facing products APIs or integrations
- Experience speaking at conferences writing articles and engaging with developers
- Exceptional mentorship and team-building skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- 7+ years of technical experience including significant hands-on software engineering experience
- 3+ years managing managers
- Experience leading organizations of 40+ engineers
- United States work authorization without needing new visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Developer Experience vision
- Maintain quality standards across integration products
- Improve usability reliability and efficiency across APIs and tools
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering organization
- Establish common principles and taxonomy for integrations
- Drive development of developer tools SDKs and documentation
- Represent the developer community through conferences and articles
