About the Role
You will define and execute a developer experience vision focused on simple, reliable integrations. You will set engineering quality standards, improve APIs and developer tools, lead a multidisciplinary organization, establish common integration principles, and represent the developer community through conferences, articles, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of technical experience
- Significant experience as a hands-on software engineer
- At least 3 years managing managers
- Deep technical literacy
- Experience leading organizations of 40 or more engineers
- Engineering leadership experience with developer-facing products, APIs, or integrations
- Experience speaking at conferences and writing technical articles
- Exceptional mentorship and team-building skills
- Customer-centric approach focused on measurable outcomes
- Work authorization in the United States without new visa sponsorship
