About the Role
You will coordinate engineering change requests, change orders, and deviations through their full lifecycle. You will support impact assessments and change reviews, maintain accurate product records, track actions, communicate decisions, and resolve blockers before changes proceed.
Requirements
- Experience in engineering change control, product lifecycle management, or manufacturing operations
- Experience with PLM, ERP, or engineering data management systems
- Understanding of BOMs, part numbering, revision control, and engineering documentation
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in electronics, semiconductors, computing, or complex hardware product development
- Experience with ECRs, ECOs, ECNs, or deviations
- Experience with Arena PLM or Change Review Boards
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ECRs, ECOs, and deviations throughout their lifecycle
- Support impact assessments and change reviews
- Maintain accurate product records and engineering documentation
- Track actions, surface blockers, and escalate issues
- Communicate change impacts and decisions across functions
