About the Role
You will advise managers and business leaders on complex employee matters, investigate concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, manage performance and offboarding processes, partner with Legal and People Partners, maintain defensible case documentation, and identify systemic risks.
Requirements
- At least 4 years in an HR Generalist role or 2 years in an Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role
- Experience handling complex and sensitive employee relations matters
- Sound judgment and discretion
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Experience collaborating with Legal teams
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for interpreting employee relations metrics
Responsibilities
- Address employee concerns and workplace conflicts
- Conduct investigations
- Develop disciplinary action plans
- Mediate workplace conversations
- Coach managers on performance expectations and feedback
- Facilitate performance management plans and offboarding
- Maintain knowledge of HR regulations
- Partner with Legal and People Partners on escalated cases
- Maintain legally defensible employee relations documentation
- Identify systemic risks across employee relations cases
