About the Role
Own email marketing performance end to end, collaborate with Meta and Google paid ads teams, maintain on-brand communications, run weekly experiments, optimize lifecycle and revenue recovery flows, create quiz funnels, and activate customers through owned channels.
Requirements
- Proven track record owning email marketing performance at a SaaS or DTC company
- Experience briefing or collaborating with paid media teams
- Strong copy and design sensibility for on-brand emails
- Testing mindset with comfort running weekly experiments
- Experience with quiz funnels, lifecycle flows, and revenue recovery sequences
- Comfort with Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms
Responsibilities
- Own email marketing performance end-to-end
- Work directly with Meta and Google paid ads teams to brief audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Ensure emails, templates, and campaigns remain visually consistent with Sintra's brand standards
- Run weekly tests on offers, campaigns, and email formats
- Build and optimize flows for churned users and failed payment recovery
- Design and write high-converting quiz flows and results pages
- Activate customers through owned channels and lifecycle marketing
