About the Role

You will serve as a technical contact for customer support and resolve electronics issues through troubleshooting, issue tracking, and root-cause analysis. You will maintain support documentation, manage electronics records, source components, and support robot testing across offices and international locations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related work experience
• Experience in robotics, electronics, mechatronics, or automation
• Experience designing robust cabling solutions and cable harnesses
• Familiarity with electronics design and PCB production stages
• Knowledge of structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis
• Experience troubleshooting, tracking issues, and performing root-cause analysis for complex electronic products
• Experience soldering and desoldering SMD, BGA, and through-hole components
• Proficiency with Altium or similar PCB design tools
• Proficiency with multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes
• English proficiency
• Willingness to travel
• Knowledge of electronics design principles, actuators, sensors, and sensor integration

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer support, troubleshooting, issue tracking, and root-cause analysis
• Maintain documentation, FAQs, and a database of reported issues
• Collaborate on system integration and support development and production
• Manage BOMs, SOPs, quality documentation, and electronics-related issues
• Perform hands-on technical work and source components and suppliers
• Support robot testing, troubleshooting, and debugging across offices and international locations
