About the Role
You will support prospective and existing customers by phone, chat, and email. You will guide customers through applications, explain financial products clearly, troubleshoot platform issues, complete compliance steps accurately, identify service trends, and participate in training and licensing programs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and build customer trust
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Ability to learn new systems and navigate multiple technology platforms
- Ability to complete required compliance training
- Ability to comply with security policies and data-handling procedures
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers across phone, chat, and email
- Guide customers through the application process and resolve blockers
- Explain financial products and complex concepts clearly
- Troubleshoot customer and platform issues
- Complete compliance-related steps accurately and consistently
- Identify trends and recommend customer-experience improvements
- Participate in training and licensing programs
