About the Role
You will handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails. You will explain products, guide customers through applications, troubleshoot platform issues, conduct video notary sessions, identify support trends, and complete training and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to become a licensed e-notary and pass required background checks
- Ability to complete required compliance training
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Organizational skills
- Ability to navigate new technology platforms
- Ability to comply with security policies and data-handling procedures
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls, chats, and emails
- Guide customers through applications and resolve concerns
- Provide product guidance and technical troubleshooting
- Build customer trust through phone, chat, and email support
- Identify trends and recommend support-process improvements
- Conduct video notary sessions
- Participate in training and licensing programs
