About the Role
You will design control systems for next-generation robot controllers and pendants across the product lifecycle. You will create hardware verification plans, develop and review PCB schematics and layouts, build test tools and fixtures, perform safety FMEA, and conduct technical and regulatory compliance testing.
Requirements
- Experience creating documentation in English
- Degree related to electronic engineering or computer science
- Experience developing products requiring safety- and reliability-focused design
- At least 5 years of embedded circuit design experience
- PCB design experience
- Knowledge of UART, USART, SPI, and I2C communication protocols
- Fundamental knowledge of enclosure design and thermal analysis
- Understanding of project lifecycle management and quality-management processes
- Experience with Linux development environments
- Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
