About the Role

You will own digital architecture for electro-optic links from concept through high-volume production. You will model, analyze, specify, test, and validate systems that integrate mixed-signal and photonic circuits, while enabling implementation, firmware bring-up, customer documentation, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of power-efficient digital design flows for high-speed mixed-signal electronics
• In-depth knowledge of digital circuit design in high-speed analog or photonic links, including device bring-up, control, and digital signal processing
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own digital architecture for the Passage product
• Manage digital architecture from concept through high-volume production
• Architect and specify system-level digital designs integrating mixed-signal and photonic circuits
• Validate hardware against simulation predictions
• Collaborate with RTL and design-verification teams on implementation and verification
• Enable firmware development for hardware bring-up and validation
• Author, review, and validate architectural specifications and customer-facing documentation
• Identify architectural improvements, risks, and mitigation strategies
