About the Role
You will conduct electrical diagnostics, visual or endoscopic winding inspections, and maintenance-related electrical tests on rotating machines at customer sites. You will document interventions, monitor time and schedule targets, improve procedures and tooling, uphold safety requirements, train new hires, and carry out technology monitoring.
Requirements
- Theoretical knowledge of electrical controls, winding controls, rotating electrical machines, and electrical insulation
- Practical knowledge of inspection tools and equipment
- Knowledge of procedures
- Proficiency in English, German, or Spanish
- Proficiency with computer tools for reporting and results acquisition
- Mechanical, electrical, testing, crane, nuclear, quality, and chemical-risk certifications
- BTS in electrical engineering
- Knowledge of internal procedures and quality-assurance rules
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical diagnostics on rotating electrical machines
- Inspect winding components visually or endoscopically
- Conduct electrical tests required for maintenance interventions
- Prepare detailed control reports and quality documentation
- Monitor intervention time budgets and schedules
- Report deviations to your manager
- Improve technical procedures, tooling, and organization
- Apply and ensure compliance with safety instructions
- Train new employees
- Conduct technology monitoring
