About the Role
You will analyze performance data, build dashboards, and deliver recurring reports with operational recommendations. You will coordinate administration for distribution and agent operations, including meetings, training, contracts, payroll inputs, budgets, supplies, platform access, attendance, bonuses, and agent activation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business field
- Experience supporting sales, agent, or retail networks in a back-office administrative role
- Experience running payroll for 20 or more people
- Understanding of Malawi labour laws
- Data analysis, data visualization, and advanced spreadsheet skills
Responsibilities
- Extract performance data from Periscope and create visual dashboards
- Prepare daily reports on agent operations and distribution performance
- Communicate insights through daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Improve reporting processes and methodologies
- Coordinate performance metrics with cross-functional teams
- Review data processes and recommend improvements
- Serve as the administrative contact for agent operations, distribution teams, and interim firms
- Coordinate meetings and training
- Maintain distributor contracts and support timely payments
- Monitor budgets, supplies, platform access, attendance, and bonuses
- Activate and deactivate agents and distributors
