About the Role
You will lead the development and implementation of innovative compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the company's global footprint. You will own all compensation programs globally, including salary structures, job architecture, incentive plans, and equity processes, while ensuring pay equity and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. You will manage vendor relationships for benefits plans, design time off and leave policies, and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation frameworks. You will also lead and develop a small team of compensation and benefits professionals, building trust and delivering training on total rewards offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing global compensation and benefits strategies
- Experience managing executive compensation programs and supporting compensation committees
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale programs in high-growth, ambiguous and agile environments
- International benefits experience across multiple countries/regions
- Deep understanding of global compensation practices, job architecture, and salary structures
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills for budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience with equity compensation programs and incentive plan design
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Review, refine, and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy
- Partner with leadership to ensure compensation and benefits programs support business growth
- Drive data-informed decision-making through market analysis and benchmarking
- Own all compensation programs globally including salary structures, job architecture, incentive plans, merit, bonus, and equity processes
- Lead the assessment and refinement of global job architecture and leveling frameworks
- Develop and maintain market pricing methodologies
- Ensure pay equity and transparency across all locations
- Oversee executive compensation programs and manage Compensation Committee meetings
- Advise Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership on global Sales Compensation plans
- Design and implement benefits strategies for employee wellbeing
- Manage vendor relationships including global and in-country brokers for benefit plans
- Design and deploy time off and leave policies and other benefits
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all global jurisdictions
- Partner across people functions to implement employee programs
- Collaborate with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation frameworks
- Build and deliver training and communications on total rewards offerings
- Develop feedback mechanisms to continuously improve approaches
- Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals
- Foster a business-centered approach balancing flexibility and consistency
