About the Role
You will build and lead a team of technical program managers delivering cluster, data center, and WAN networking. You will own multi-site delivery plans, establish operating standards, coordinate partners, manage vendor relationships, track delivery metrics, and communicate risks and trade-offs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technical program management, network engineering, or infrastructure delivery
- 5+ years leading technical program management or engineering teams
- Experience delivering large-scale network infrastructure at a hyperscaler or major network vendor
- Knowledge of cluster networking, data center networking, WAN, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, Ethernet, and InfiniBand
- Experience running multi-site, multi-country builds
- Ability to build scalable program management frameworks
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor technical program managers covering network delivery across Europe
- Own end-to-end network delivery plans for GPU cluster builds and expansions
- Set planning standards, milestone gates, risk management, dependency management, and reporting
- Partner on design readiness, BOMs, and build sequencing
- Align deployment, operations, supply chain, procurement, SRE, and commercial stakeholders
- Manage relationships with carriers, IXPs, colocation providers, and network hardware vendors
- Establish delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership and customers
- Hire technical program management talent
