About the Role

You will own the quality function across Crusoe’s data center construction portfolio. You will establish the enterprise QA/QC strategy and quality management system, lead distributed QC teams, define inspection and reporting standards, manage quality relationships with contractors and partners, integrate commissioning readiness, oversee turnover documentation, and drive corrective action and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in construction QA/QC
  • At least 5 years leading quality at a program, portfolio, or multi-site level
  • Experience building and leading distributed QC teams
  • Deep expertise in MEP systems for mission-critical environments
  • Experience establishing enterprise QMS frameworks, standards, and metrics
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience integrating commissioning and construction-to-Cx handoff
  • Strong command of quality data, trend analysis, defect taxonomy, root cause methodology, and continuous improvement
  • Experience managing quality relationships with major GCs and subcontractors

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the enterprise QA/QC strategy
  • Build, lead, and develop multi-site QC teams
  • Establish the program-level Quality Management System
  • Create standards, playbooks, ITP libraries, inspection frameworks, and reporting cadences
  • Codify lessons learned, defect trends, and systemic root causes
  • Align quality strategy with delivery, schedule, and reliability outcomes
  • Manage quality relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and OEM partners
  • Coordinate with AHJs, third-party inspectors, and certifying bodies
  • Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Define commissioning readiness standards
  • Own program-wide turnover documentation standards
  • Lead post-incident and post-project quality reviews
  • Represent quality in executive reviews, board updates, and audits
  • Influence design and constructability decisions
