Users can trade fractional shares, access early-stage crypto projects, earn staking rewards, and spend investments via debit card. About the Role
You will define and execute the top-of-funnel growth strategy and lead the Growth Product organization. You will own the user acquisition journey from website touchpoints and registration through regulated verification, first deposit, and conversion. You will develop product roadmaps, establish experimentation and conversion-optimization practices, align executive stakeholders, and oversee delivery from strategic opportunities to rapid deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2C digital or fintech platforms
- 4+ years of direct people management experience hiring, developing, and leading Product Managers
- Expertise optimizing regulated user onboarding, including KYC/AML, and consumer activation funnels
- Fluency in funnel diagnostics, unit economics, and ROI-driven data frameworks
- Ability to align C-level stakeholders, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and Regional teams
- Experience navigating high-pressure, fast-scaling environments
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and scale teams of Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketing, and Website specialists
- Define the long-term growth vision and product roadmap across website experience, registration, KYC/AML verification, MarTech, and referral loops
- Establish experimentation, drop-off diagnostics, conversion optimization, and A/B testing frameworks
- Partner with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to make ROI-driven backlog decisions and align growth strategies
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating strategic opportunities into scalable architecture, feature specifications, and deployment cycles
