About the Role
You will lead day-to-day product design operations and manage, mentor, and develop product designers. You will work hands-on through product challenges, improve customer journeys and design quality, partner with product and engineering, evolve design practices, and recruit design talent.
Requirements
- Experience leading product design teams in high-growth technology companies
- Ability to balance people leadership with hands-on product design
- Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, product thinking, and systems thinking
- Experience partnering with product and engineering
- Experience leading cross-functional product development
- Communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience simplifying complex technical products into user experiences
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day product design operations
