About the Role
You will define the machine learning strategy and roadmap, lead the Machine Learning and FPT teams, and advance computer vision capabilities. You will build production MLOps systems, partner on platform integration, and translate customer needs into ML-driven product capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years building and scaling production ML or computer vision systems
- 5+ years managing and growing ML engineering teams
- Deep expertise in computer vision, object detection, image segmentation, OCR, and CNN architectures
- Strong Python proficiency
- PyTorch or TensorFlow proficiency
- Experience shipping ML models to production at scale
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or a strong industry track record
Responsibilities
- Define and own the ML strategy and technical roadmap
- Lead and grow the Machine Learning and FPT teams
- Improve computer vision models for object detection, segmentation, and OCR
- Build MLOps infrastructure for training, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD
- Integrate ML systems with the broader platform
- Translate customer needs into ML-driven product capabilities
