About the Role
You will lead investor engagement and fundraising processes, develop the investment narrative, and manage investor communications. You will prepare board reporting, run long-range and valuation planning, develop KPI reporting, analyze market and investor sentiment, and equip executives for investor and board discussions.
Requirements
- Experience in investor relations, growth equity, venture capital, equity research, investment banking, or a comparable equity capital markets role
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of equity capital markets
- Familiarity or interest in AI and cloud infrastructure business models
- Financial modeling skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements and operating metrics
- Judgment in handling confidential information
- Ability to work with executives, board members, and senior investors
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contact for equity investors
- Lead primary and secondary fundraising processes
- Develop the investment narrative
- Manage investor reporting, communications, and requests
- Advise leadership on investor sentiment and market expectations
- Lead investor targeting and outreach
- Prepare executives for investor and board conversations
- Track AI, cloud infrastructure, and equity capital market developments
- Own quarterly board reporting
- Run the long-range plan and fundraise and valuation models
- Define and evolve monthly KPI reporting
