About the Role

Lead the engineering organization and set its technical vision and direction with executive and product leadership. Guide architecture, oversee delivery across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, and work with Product, Design, and Operations on roadmap priorities. Promote feedback, mentorship, modern development practices, security, privacy, compliance, documentation, and scalable onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
  • Experience leading engineering teams at high-growth technology companies or scale-ups.
  • Technical expertise in modern architectures and cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience managing and growing distributed engineering teams.
  • Leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with agile development, DevOps culture, and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Business acumen and ability to align engineering strategy with company objectives.

  • Maintain onboarding processes, documentation, and workflows.
  • Embed data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance into engineering culture.
