About the Role
You will build and lead a corporate communications team and develop global communications strategies. You will partner with executives and stakeholders on messaging, oversee communications channels and events, use audience insights, lead storytelling and crisis response, and keep internal, external, marketing, and executive communications aligned.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of in-house corporate communications experience
- 5+ years of people-management experience
- Pre-IPO communications experience
- Policy and regulatory communications experience
- Exceptional writing
- Executive and people-team communications partnership experience

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a corporate communications team
- Develop and implement corporate communications strategies
- Craft messaging and materials with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Develop rapid-response capabilities
- Oversee executive speaking engagements, conferences, customer events, and leadership gatherings
- Lead AI integration for communications workflows
- Optimize earned media, owned channels, executive communications, and employee engagement tools
- Lead cross-functional storytelling initiatives
- Use audience research and data to inform communications strategies
- Direct crisis and issues communications preparedness and response
- Integrate internal communications, PR, marketing narratives, and executive messaging
