About the Role
You will build intelligent features, autonomous workflows, and AI assistants. You will develop pipelines to train, benchmark, validate, deploy, and monitor LLMs and agents; improve inference and software quality; provide technical guidance; and present outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Have 3 or more years of experience in AI, automation, or advanced technology roles
- Have experience developing agentic AI systems, orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python
- Know AI frameworks and libraries
- Have hands-on MCP and prompt-engineering experience
- Understand enterprise AI deployment and monitoring
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Build intelligent features and autonomous workflows
- Develop interfaces and assistants using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools
- Build multi-agent orchestration and automation workflows
- Develop pipelines for training, benchmarking, validating, and deploying LLMs and autonomous agents
- Optimize intelligent tools and automation systems
- Ensure clean, maintainable, optimized code and efficient inference
- Provide technical leadership for AI integration, lifecycle management, and security
- Drive AI-solution adoption through collaboration and training
- Present insights and outcomes to senior leadership
