About the Role
You will shape the strategic direction of global equity manager research and own the quality and performance of the recommended manager universe. You will lead and develop equity specialists, partner on manager selection and portfolio insights, improve research through data and AI, and evolve research frameworks, governance, and integration.

- Shape the strategic direction of Global Equity Manager Research
- Own the quality, conviction, and performance of the recommended equity manager universe
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a global team of equity specialists
- Partner on manager selection, portfolio insights, and investment-view communication
- Improve research quality, monitoring, and scalability through quantitative analysis, data, AI, and technology
- Evolve research frameworks, talent, governance, and platform integration
