You will lead the development of electronic equity trading capabilities for professional clients. You will shape order management, routing, FIX connectivity, risk controls, and pricing frameworks. You will translate business needs into technology requirements and lead cross-functional delivery from concept through launch.
Requirements
- Experience managing execution cost, commission, fee, or pricing frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional product delivery squads
- Understanding of electronic equity trading product workflows
- Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements
- Series 7 license within six months of hire
- Series 63 license within six months of hire

- Develop electronic equity trading capabilities
- Lead the buildout of a professional-client equity trading offering

- Modernize cost-plus pricing models
