About the Role
You will apply policy and technical expertise to advance cyber threat disruption. You will work with law enforcement, security researchers, and industry partners; conduct applied research; develop policy proposals and operational metrics; and may take on supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a relevant Master's degree with at least two years of professional experience, or a relevant PhD
- 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role aligned with public policy, operations, or threat intelligence
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in or liaising with law enforcement on cybersecurity investigations
- Demonstrated research skills through publications
- Understanding of U.S. law and policy related to cybersecurity operations
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a background check
Responsibilities
- Track strategic intelligence related to cyber threat actor groups
- Convene law enforcement, security researchers, and industry stakeholders around cyber disruption activities
- Develop success metrics for disruption operations
- Develop policy proposals to scale disruption activities
- Conduct applied cybersecurity research and policy development
