About the Role
You will define the data strategy and technology roadmap for Background Investigations. You will build cross-functional partnerships, establish operational health metrics and reporting, monitor case trends, evaluate vendor effectiveness and investment ROI, and govern data solutions that improve day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of data, product management, and cross-functional business experience
- Project delivery on time and on budget
- Relationship management and partnership building
- Experience in a matrixed and regulated environment
- Management and coaching
- Verbal, written, presentation, and analytical skills
- Investigative analysis and techniques
Responsibilities
- Define the data strategy and optimal solutions for Background Investigations
- Build cross-functional partnerships to deliver the data strategy
- Create a roadmap for implementing and governing data solutions
- Establish reporting for Background Investigations, Global Security, and senior leaders
- Monitor case portfolio trends and identify improvement areas
- Evaluate vendor effectiveness and investment ROI
